Bruce Molsky is a self-described street kid from the Bronx who opted out of college and big city life in the 70s to live in a cabin in Virginia and learn authentic Appalachian mountain music at the feet of its legendary pioneers.
Today Bruce is one of the most revered ambassadors for America's old-time mountain music. For decades he's been a globetrotting performer, ethnomusicologist and educator, a recording artist with an expansive discography including seven solo albums, well over a dozen collaborations and two Grammy-nominations. He's also received high praise from diverse fans and collaborators such as Linda Ronstadt, Mark Knopfler and many more. Tickets are £17 in advance (£19 on the door) under 16s half price.
