The Cups and Spheres 2 hour workshop provides an introduction to chocolate. Learn how to make ganache with various flavours and make chocolate cups using tempered chocolate. Pipe your fillings into cups and spheres and learn how to enrobe. Take home all that you make! The course includes refreshment and is from 13:00 - 15:00.
Chocolate making courses make a fantastic unique gift and can be combined with lunch at our cafe. We can recommend accommodation close by if required for out of town visitors.
